Mena Alexa Suvari was born on the 29th of September, 1979. She is a famous American model, fashion designer and actor. In 1990, shortly after starting her career as model, Suvari began to act in television programs like Boy Meets World. Her debut on film was the show Nowhere which was which was released in 1997. The actress made her way to important roles thanks to her performance on American Beauty for which she received nominations for the BAFTA Award and American Pie both of which earned more attention. She's appeared alongside American Pie's Co-Star Jason Biggs in Loser (2000) and then played the main character for the film Sugar & Spice (2001). The year 2002 saw her was a part in Spun the drama by an independent company and in 2004's thriller Trauma. She also starred in the HBO series Six Feet Under. The drama was popular in 2004, and in 2005, the Screen Actors Guild awarded her the title of one of the best stars. In 2008, she was cast in several films which included Day of the Dead The Mysteries of Pittsburgh and the adaptation film to The Garden of Eden. Suvari was featured in numerous fashion magazines and blogs and blogs, such as Vogue. Suvari is also a Lancome model as well as appearing in the advertisements printed of Lancome Paris Adaptive. She is an active supporter and campaigner for the African Medical and Research Foundation.
