Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model who competes in the sport and a sponsored athlete. She began competing in fitness shows when she was 16, after quitting her childhood gymnastics career. She was awarded her Professional Card just one year later at the age of 17. Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete for IFBB Fitness Pro and is modeling. She started competing in fitness shows when she was 16 after quitting her childhood gymnastics career. In just one year she was able to earn her Pro Card aged 17. She became an IFBB Pro at the age of 17. She was also one of the oldest IFBB Pro ever. Once she received her Professional Card, Ariel was able to take six years off the stage in order to complete her university education. When she completed her college degree Ariel came back in the year 2015. She continued where she was in prior contests including the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. When she won her first competition, she competed several more years setting new goals. In 2009, she had won four other fitness titles. Additionally, her 2009. NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion made her the youngest IFBB Fitness Pros to ever be a part of history. Ariel took 6 years to finish her education after earning the Pro Card. The first IFBB Fitness Pro debut took place in Phoenix Europa Games. Phoenix Europa Games, in November of 2015. In the end, she finished 3rd at the show. In June of 2016, she was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and as a result - qualified to compete in the Fitness Olympia. After three months of training, Ariel was on the Olympia Stage to take home 6th in the Fitness Division. Having had zero expectations beforehand Ariel claims she was more than proud of her performance. Ariel competed with some of the world's skilled athletes. Ariel's body continues to grow every year. Ariel is a fan of working her back. Her usual back workout is made up of bent over rows single-arm lat pull-downs, on a machine pull-ups, and sitting rows. Ariel usually starts warming up and then proceeds on to the work outs. Ariel makes use of her time effectively. Ariel accomplishes this by setting all of her back exercises doing 3 or 4 supersets of between 10-12 reps. It is recommended to do this type of workout twice per week, with one day being a lightweight day, and the other days heavy weight.
