Ann Curry
Ann Curry is an American journalist and photojournalist. She has worked as a journalist for over 45 years. She has reported on human suffering in conflict zones as well as natural disasters. Curry is a reporter from wars in Kosovo Iraq Syria Lebanon Palestine Afghanistan Darfur Congo and the Central African Republic. Ann Curry, (born November 19th, 1956 in Agana American journalist and TV anchor and news reporter. She was most well-known for her role as a correspondent on the Today program, which was a morning news show that was telecast by the National Broadcasting Co. (NBC). Curry is renowned for her coverage of emergencies and disasters that affect the human condition which are particularly prevalent in countries which have suffered the effects of war. Curry was born in Japan, and born to an Japanese mom. Her father served as an U.S. Navy sailor. In the aftermath of World War II, her parents had a meeting when her father was stationed in Japan. In the wake of her father's army service, the family was often moved. Curry was a student at the secondary school in Ashland Oregon. Curry graduated in 1978 with the degree of Bachelor's in Journalism of the University of Oregon. There is a possibility that her earlier experience with other cultures and experiences has influenced her empathetic approach to how she addresses international problems.
